about me
French of Italian roots, I settled in Zurich eight years ago. As a mother of a little girl growing up in a bilingual family, diversity is part of my daily life and has always been a central part of my journey.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, I spent over ten years working and living in international environments, first as a team manager at Accenture, then as Director of Partnerships at a global NGO. These years of travel and encounters across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America have had a profound impact on me.
From these experiences, I developed a core belief: that every person possesses has precious inner resources to transform their lives. This conviction led me to train in hypnotherapy and Chi Nei Tsang, two complementary approaches that support a deep reconnection between body, mind and emotions.
Today, I support people who wish to regain balance, calm and vitality, helping them reconnect with their own inner healing potential.

My approach is built on a safe space where you can open up with complete trust, without feeling judged.
The incredible inner resources we all carry are often buried beneath layers of beliefs, rules, and expectations.
Life, society, education or culture have piled these layers on us to protect us from the fear of not being accepted or loved, if we don't fit the image others expect of us.
To belong, we adapt - sometimes to the point of switching off the little flame that makes us unique.
Sometimes the layers are thin: two or three sessions are enough to lift the veil. In other cases, the exploration requires more time to uncover and clear what is no longer needed.
I strongly believe that each of us carries amazing, but often untapped and hidden resources, that prevent us from being fully and freely ourselves.
As a hypnotherapist, my daily commitment is to help you discover and activate these hidden potentials.
