Audrey Falduzzi - Hypnotherapist and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner in Zurich
French with Italian roots, I settled in Zurich eight years ago. As the mother of a little girl growing up in a bilingual family, diversity is part of my daily life and has always been a part of who I am. This richness deeply shapes the way I support others: with openness, sensitivity, and respect for everyone's individual path.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over ten years working and living in international environments. My path gradually led me from supporting individuals within corporate settings to a more personal and in-depth therapeutic practice.
Trained in coaching, hypnotherapy, and body-based approaches, I offer a personalized experience, tailored to your specific needs.
Today, I support people who wish to regain balance, inner calm and vitality, helping them reconnect with their own potential for inner healing.

My approach is built on a safe space where you can open up with complete trust, without feeling judged.
The incredible inner resources we all carry are often buried beneath layers of beliefs, rules, and expectations.
Life, society, education or culture have piled these layers on us to protect us from the fear of not being accepted or loved if we don't fit the image others expect of us.
To belong, we adapt - sometimes to the point of switching off the little flame that makes us unique.
Sometimes the layers are thin: two or three sessions are enough to lift the veil. In other cases, the exploration requires more time to uncover and clear what is no longer needed.
