I'm Audrey Falduzzi
Originally from France with Italian roots, I've been living in Zurich, in German-speaking Switzerland, for 6 years. As the mother of a little girl growing up in a bilingual family, diversity is part of my daily life and always has been.
My life path has given me the opportunity to cross cultural boundaries and connect with people whose stories are as varied as they are fascinating. First as a team manager at Accenture, then as Director of Partnerships at an international NGO.
From Sweden to Italy, via Romania where I've lived - from Colombia to Vietnam, via Kenya or Cameroon with whom I've worked closely - all the people I've had the privilege to meet have taught me one unshakeable truth: we are all unique beings with immense inner treasures.
The richness and variety of human experiences inspire and fascinate me. I love to contemplate and carefully observe the world and the people around me.
I deeply believe that each of us carries incredible inner resources, often untapped and hidden, which hold us back from being fully and freely ourselves.
As a hypnotherapist, my daily commitment lies in helping uncover and activate these hidden potentials..

My support is built on creating a safe space where you can express yourself in complete confidence, without fear of judgement.
The incredible treasures hidden within us are often buried under layers of dogma and expectations.
Life, society, education or culture have built up these layers to protect us from the fear of not being accepted or loved, if we don't fit the image others expect of us.
To fit into the group, we adapt - sometimes to the point of smothering the little flame that characterizes us, the one that makes us unique.
Sometimes the layer is thin: two or three sessions are enough to lift the veil. In other cases, exploration may require more time to dig out what is no longer necessary.
The journey is always worth it.
Nothing comapres to the liberating feeling of being in alignment with yourself, reconnecting with that part of yourself that resonates and allows us to move forward freely.
