What does a session look like?

A tailored support

Your story, your reactions, and your emotions are unique to you. We go at YOUR pace, according to YOUR needs. No two sessions are alike.

Through my expertise as a coach, I help you clarify your thoughts and better understand your motivations, so you can define a clear, measurable and realistic goal that aligns with your unique needs.

Throughout our discussions, I listen to you attentively and without judgment. I help you to deepen your own reflections and identify limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

What happens during a hypnosis session?

The conversation phase

≈ 15 to 30 minutes

During this key moment, also known as the anamnesis, you explain the reason for your visit. I ask you targeted questions to help you clarify the threads of sometimes complex situations and define a clear goal for the session.

Once your goal is identified, I explain how the rest of the session will proceed and answer any questions you may have.

The Hypnosis phase

≈ 30 minutes

Comfortably seated with your eyes closed, my voice gently guides you into a pleasant state of relaxation, that gradually transitions into a hypnotic state.

Through a conversational approach, I then guide you on a journey to the heart of your unconscious mind, helping you release from your fears and blockages.

When you open your eyes, you feel calm and at peace.

Debrief and follow-up

≈ 15 minutes

After the hypnosis session, we take time to discuss your experience. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, and together, we determine if another session would be beneficial.

The positive transformation you experienced during the session continues to take root within you, and is manifesting in your daily life.

What about online sessions?

A hypnosis session is conducted the same way and has the same effects, whether face-to-face or online.

If you choose to book a session online, simply make sure:

  • To be in a QUIET PLACE where you won't be disturbed.

  • To have A STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION to avoid any interruptions during the session.

  • To have downloaded teh selected video conferencing software (ZOOM or GOOGLE MEET) prior to your appointment.

  • To set your phone to SILENT MODE.

  • To SIT COMFORTABLY on a support (chair, armchair, sofa) in a position that allows you to KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT.
